SAP Nurseries are the leading suppliers of hardy trees and shrubs in Ireland and one of the largest nurseries in Europe. We supply a comprehensive range of plants and in the past have supplied many prestigious contracts.
Over the past 15 years we have built up a large stock of high quality semi mature and specimen trees which are the backbone of any modern landscape design. Each year we deliver over 5,000 of these large trees throughout the country. With the recent addition of our spring ring unit for containerised trees we can now continue to supply trees throughout the summer months.
In the last few years we have become more involved with architects during the design phase of projects. By visiting the nursery and seeing the stock available, architects can carry out the design phase of a project with particular trees in mind. This co-operation between nursery, designer and landscaper has resulted in high quality projects completed on time and trouble free.
These relationships have enabled us to undertake a number of contract grow arrangements such as the current Elm Park development on Dublin’s Merrion Road. Under a contract grow arrangement the plant requirements of the project are discussed and decided on at a very early stage. Many of the plants can then be produced on contract to the exact specification that is required for the project.
